How Delivery Works

1. Place Your Order

Browse products, add them to your cart, and choose between delivery or showroom pickup.

2. Order Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp immediately after placing your order.

3. Fast and Secure Delivery

  • Cairo: 1 to 2 business days

  • Other governorates: 2 to 3 business days, depending on location

4. In-Store Pickup

You can collect your order from our showroom:

Exchange and Return Policy

We prioritize your satisfaction. You may request an exchange or return up to 7 days after receiving your items.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

  • Sterilized or used items are not eligible for return

  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 3 to 5 working days after inspection
