1. A lateral Maxillary window can be created efficiently with
Lateral Drills.

2. For crestal approach, first use the crest drill with the appropriate depth stopping before the last 1mm.

3. Finish the last 1mm with a crest reamer with the 1mm attachment joint.

4 . Use sinus lift instruments to lift up the sinus membrane.
